Contact and quote requests

There is no quote form on the website. You may contact us by phone, email, WhatsApp or Viber. Opening an email or messaging link does not send a message: you decide what to include and when to send it. Share only the details needed for your request and avoid sensitive information or unnecessary details about other people.

We process the contact details, correspondence, specifications and files you send to answer your request, prepare a quote or fulfil an order. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before a contract or performing it (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)); for business representatives, our legitimate interest in handling business enquiries (Article 6(1)(f)). Invoicing and legally required records rely on Article 6(1)(c). Cookie consent is separate from contact and ordering. Without the information necessary for a particular request, we may be unable to answer or fulfil it.

Cookies and local storage

Optional Google Analytics 4 loads only after you select Accept cookies. Reject cookies keeps statistics off without restricting access to the website. Browsing, scrolling or leaving the banner unanswered does not count as consent. The basis for optional analytics is your consent (GDPR Article 6(1)(a) and Greek Law 3471/2006, Article 4(5)). Necessary preference storage is exempt from cookie consent.

• typoidea_analytics_consent_v3: first-party local storage, holding your choice, notice version, choice time and expiry. Valid for 180 days for both acceptance and rejection. An expired record is not used to authorise analytics; a new choice is requested. No advertising identifier is stored here.
• typoidea_a11y_text, typoidea_a11y_contrast: first-party local storage for text size and contrast, kept until changed or site data is cleared.
• _ga, _ga_JRXHFNHS2G: optional first-party cookies used by Google Analytics to distinguish browsers and maintain session information. Configured for up to 180 days, without renewal on each page load. Your browser may shorten their lifetime.

With your consent, Analytics processes page visits, browser/device information, approximate location, scrolling, supported video interactions, file downloads and interactions with contact links, including WhatsApp clicks. Our custom WhatsApp click event contains only the contact method and sanitised page information, without a phone number, destination URL or message text. We do not send message contents, customer files or free-text search terms as analytics events. Our measurement removes arbitrary query parameters and URL fragments. We do not install Meta Pixel, enable Google Signals or authorise advertising storage or ad personalisation through our tag. A contact click does not prove that a call, message or sale was completed.

Changing or withdrawing consent

Use Cookie settings in the footer of any page or the button below. Select Reject cookies to withdraw an earlier acceptance. Further measurement stops, accessible Analytics cookies for this domain are deleted and the page reloads to unload the Google tag. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of earlier processing or automatically delete data already sent to Google. For a data-rights request, contact us. If local storage is unavailable, your choice applies only to the current page and you may be asked again.

Recipients and international transfers

The website is hosted by 1HOST. Hosting infrastructure processes IP addresses, requested URLs, timestamps and other technical connection information for delivery and security, based on our legitimate interest in operating and protecting the website (Article 6(1)(f)). Email, WhatsApp and Viber correspondence is processed through the respective communications providers. Authorised business staff and service providers receive the information needed for their role; invoices may also be processed by accounting providers or competent authorities where required.

If you accept analytics, Google Ireland Limited and Google service infrastructure process analytics data, potentially outside the European Economic Area, including the USA. Google's applicable data-processing terms describe the transfer mechanisms and safeguards, including standard contractual clauses and applicable adequacy frameworks. Retention

Cookie lifetime differs from Analytics data retention. Checked on 6 October 2026: event data is retained for 2 months and user data for 14 months, with the user retention period reset by new activity. These limits do not cover most aggregated reports.

For correspondence and customer files, retention is determined by whether the enquiry is still active, fulfilment of the order, any agreed repeat-production need, applicable accounting obligations and the necessity of establishing or defending legal claims. External services

Links to Maps, social networks, WhatsApp and Viber open external services under their own privacy policies. Our cookie choice does not control those services. Website photos and videos are served from our hosting infrastructure. Text uses system fonts already available on your device.

The WhatsApp link opens WhatsApp or WhatsApp Web when selected; no WhatsApp chat widget is embedded on our website. When you message our business account, we receive the phone number, profile information and messages or files you share to handle your request. Your rights

Where the GDPR conditions apply, you can request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. You can withdraw consent at any time. Contact typoidea@otenet.gr; we normally respond within one month, with any lawful extension explained to you. We may request proportionate identification when needed to protect your data. We do not use website data for automated decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects.

You may lodge a complaint with the Hellenic Data Protection Authority.
